If you have a specific area you would like to focus on, or an injury or condition that means general classes are not accessible for you, then you can book a private one to one class to address your specific needs.

Private class details

Classes will be tailored to your individual needs and personal requirements, and can be done online or in person. Private classes are also available for couples or small groups.

For online classes, recordings will be provided so that you can also practice at home in your own time.
