Online mixed level yoga classes
Mixed level lunchtime course takes place from 13.05-13.55 on Thursdays each week. This live online course is suitable for those with some yoga experience and reasonable fitness and mobility. The live classes are held via group video call so each student can get a similar level of attention as you would in a face-to-face class but in the comfort of your own space. Course fee includes recordings of each week’s class which will be available for the duration of the course.

Private One to One Classes
If you have a specific area you would like to focus on, or an injury or condition that means general classes are not accessible for you, then you can book a private one to one class to address your specific needs.
Classes will be tailored to individuals and recordings will be provided so that you can practice at home in your own time. New clients can avail of a free 15 minute virtual consultation to discuss requirements.
