What : On Friday, we will begin the wind down for the weekend with a relaxing yoga class with a long Yoga Nidra to set you up for the best night’s sleep in the most comfortable beds in the cosmos Saturday and Sunday brings a combination of classes on yoga and mindfulness, hiking and free time relaxing in the outdoor hot tub by the forest. All meals are included and are made by the house chef.

Where: Just over an hour from Dublin yet secluded in the stunning Glen of Imaal at the foothill of some of Ireland’s most stunning mountains. Forests of Oak, Ash, and Spruce encompass the lodge. Set on an acre of grounds with a variety of gardens, this is the perfect place to reconnect and ground yourself away from the city. The lovely warm lodge is perfect for a weekend yoga retreat. With warm wooden floors, central heating and a traditional log burning stove, this promises to be the ideal place for a lovely weekend to take time out for yourself.

  • 15.00 – 16.00: Arrival and start to unwind with tea and welcome nibbles
  • 17.00: Restorative Yoga class to stretch out and ease into the weekend
  • 18.30: Dinner
  • 19.30: Karma Yoga
  • 20.30: Yoga Nidra to help sleep

Saturday

  • 9.00: Breakfast
  • 10.00: Karma Yoga
  • 10.30: Mindful walk (weather permitting)
  • 11.00: Morning Hatha Yoga class
  • 13.00: Healthy Lunch
  • 13.30: Karma Yoga
  • 14.00: Free time to relax, walk, hike, journal or use the outdoor hot tub
  • 17.00: Evening Hatha Yoga class
  • 18.30: Dinner
  • 19.30: Karma Yoga
  • 20.00: Free time to soak under the stars in the hot tub, chat, read, etc

Sunday

  • 9.00: Morning tea or juice or healthy kombucha shot
  • 9.30: Morning Hatha Yoga and mindful movement class
  • 11.30: Brunch
  • 12.30: Karma Yoga
  • 13.00: Farewell circle. Depart at leisure
