Mairead is a fully certified yoga instructor and First Aid Responder (FAR). She is insured to teach online and in person, and is very experienced in teaching yoga in different working environments. As a PMP Certified project manager, Mairead can plan and organise wellness sessions for your company. Classes are tailored to suit business needs, and can be done in a chair to cater for varying levels of mobility and flexibility, with no special equipment or special clothing needed. The focus on breathing exercises helps to calm and focus the mind, and the yoga stretches help to release tension in the back, shoulders and neck, helping people to feel physically and mentally better overall.

The live online classes are held via group video call and can be streamed across any conference software your employees already use – Zoom, Teams, Webex and more.
